Nature of the Project

The Last Door on the Internet is an online interactive mystery project operated by Golden Nature Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság.

The Project consists of one locked digital Door and a strictly limited total of 100,000 numbered digital keys. Each validly purchased and active digital key turns one lock. The Door remains locked unless and until all 100,000 active keys have been turned.

What a Key Represents

A purchased key is a numbered digital key within the Project. It records the holder’s participation in turning one lock of the Door and may be associated with an individual digital key page.

Each key is offered for USD 10. All keys are equal in function and status. A person may purchase more than one key, but no key gives its holder any preferential right, enhanced status, ownership interest or special entitlement in relation to the Project.

The Mystery Behind the Door

The content behind the Door is intentionally undisclosed while the Door remains locked.

No representation, promise or guarantee is made regarding the nature, form, content, perceived value or personal significance of what may be revealed when the Door opens.

The purchase of a key does not grant any right to demand advance disclosure of what is behind the Door.

No Guaranteed Opening Date

There is no guaranteed date or timeframe by which the Door will open.

The Door will open only if and when all 100,000 numbered digital keys have been validly issued and remain active in accordance with the applicable Terms.

If fewer than 100,000 active keys are turned, the Door may remain locked indefinitely.

Not an Investment or Financial Product

The purchase of a key is not an investment, financial product, security, ownership share, profit-sharing arrangement or promise of financial return.

Key holders do not acquire any ownership interest in the operator, the website, the Project, its revenues, its intellectual property or any future activity connected with the Project.

Not a Prize Draw, Lottery or Gambling Activity

The Project is not a lottery, raffle, prize draw, betting activity or gambling service.

Purchasing a key does not provide an opportunity to win money, property, prizes or any item of guaranteed monetary value. No purchaser is promised a reward based on chance, selection, ranking or the number of keys purchased.

Digital Participation Only

By purchasing a key, the purchaser obtains the digital participation expressly described in the Terms: the issuance and turning of one numbered digital key within the Project, together with any related digital key record or page made available by the operator.

No physical key, physical product or tangible item is supplied unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Public Display and Anonymity

A numbered key may be displayed as part of the Project.

Any display name, nickname, country or other optional public information associated with a key will only be shown where the key holder has voluntarily provided that information for public display.

Payment information, billing details and private personal data will not be displayed publicly merely because a key has been purchased.

Applicable Terms and Privacy Information

Purchases and use of the Project are subject to the applicable Terms and Privacy Policy published on this website.

Information about the operator can be found on the Imprint page.
